Hydraulic Hand Pumps are rated to 15,000 psi

From ThomasNet: HHP series (Hydraulic Hand Pumps) is constructed with transparent fluid chamber reservoir that facilitates level viewing. While all scissor action type pumps incorporate fine adjustment vernier and pressure release valve, only HHP 700/1000 feature high/low selection knob for stroke adjustment. Models HHP 200/300 carry respective ratings of 3,000 and 4,000 psi, while HHP 700 is rated to 10,000 psi, and HHP 1000 max pressure is 15,000 psi.
