Free power for 5HP agriculture pumps in Chattisgarh

From NewKerala: Urging people to take a pledge to free Chhattisgarh from naxals, Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh today announced that all the farmers of the state using agriculture pumps upto 5HP capacity would be provided electricity free of cost from the next Gandhi Jayanti on October 2.
